WAP Sustainability was created out of understanding the role of Sustainability Manager first-hand.
When founders, William Paddock and Brad McAllister were employed as Sustainability Managers for a major company and city government, they learned they needed more than “strategy development” from the sustainability consulting community. William and Brad’s hands-on experience taught them the challenges that sustainability presented, the effort credible sustainability took, and the limitations of one-person sustainability shops.
This experience as sustainability managers led Brad and William to create a sustainability firm that provided sustainability professionals and company leaders with a one-stop shop.
WAP Sustainability has since emerged as a consortium of sustainability leaders who provide both technical and strategic competencies to clients.
